How it works

Before the Workshop

Prior to the workshop we book in to have a deep dive free 30 min discussion to hear what is going on for you, your team and the wider business or system.

What are the challenges & opportunities you and them face each day. And what is your own vision for the future?

From here I create a bespoke workshop using systemic coaching principles that work on including what needs to be said and taking steps to better to bring you to the next place you need to be successful.

The Workshop

The workshop you have the opportunity to give your team a chance to breathe and reflect on themselves and together as a whole. Here they will have the chance to reflect, breathe and have some fun interaction too. 

The session maps out the following for you and your team:

  1. Creating the future  - focused on time and direction of travel through a map that you and your team write for yourselves. What are your Gaps in Resources and talent or other supports to create the future. What changes will the Business undergo? What are our dreams? What does success look like in the future? 

  2. Managing the present - responding to business as usual, the day to day fire fighting that makes you forget to take care of yourself and those around you. Whare are the processes that are in or have to be put in place for the business and for you as humans. This could be your  daily operations, sales, follow up, customer care and pre and post sale daily commitments. 

  3. Nurturing identity - Getting clear about the team and business values, your culture, your purpose.  What you stand for either as yourself and/or your team. You need to understand what your team looks like in all it’s diversity. Everybody needs to be included.   It's important to ensure this is acknowledged to restore anything that has been unsaid or not included in the past. 

Follow up

 As part of the program I offer a 30 min call to review with you what were the main themes that arose in the session how best to implement the insights and plans that were discussed. I will also share how to build long term strategies for a sustainable longer term outcome for your team or business. 

To measure success for your insight, I will conduct a follow up survey to provide feedback for you and your team.

  • Yes, while the "Lunch and Learn" workshop is designed to be most impactful in person, we do offer a virtual option if an in-person session isn’t feasible.

    However, we strongly recommend the in-person experience to maximise team interaction and engagement.

  • Before the workshop, I conduct a brief consultation to understand your team’s unique challenges and goals.

    This allows me to customise the content and focus areas, ensuring that the session is highly relevant and actionable for your specific situation.

  • The workshop is most effective for teams of up to 15 participants. This allows for meaningful interaction and discussion.

    However, if your team or group that is larger, I can work with you to adjust the format or schedule multiple sessions.

  • After the workshop, I offer a 30-minute follow-up call with the team leader to review the outcomes, discuss any further implementation needs, and help ensure the strategies and insights gained are put into action.

    Additionally, I provide a follow-up survey to measure the workshop's impact and gather feedback from participants.
