About Me
I’m a systemic coach who’s all about helping you create that life you’ve been dreaming of for far too long.
LISTEN. I know what it’s like when you have outgrown your job or get to a point of burn out. I also know what it’s like to be too afraid to leave but also still want to stay and be successful.
I spent years in the corporate world and by the end I was burnt out, unwell, and craving freedom, until one day, I left it all behind to become a full-time coach. I am grateful for my time with prestigious Companies like Nokia, Oracle and Salesforce and now work with leaders, teams and individuals like you know there is more to life.
Your job, your business or your own company or even clients may feel like the issue and yet there are deeper patterns that systemic coaching can help you unlock to find freedom regardless where you work.
I’ve learned that we all have the power to change, but it starts with letting go of what's holding us back.
Based in Dublin, I work with senior leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs, founders and coaches across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. As an ICF member and senior systemic coach, I trained as a John Whittington coaching constellations practitioner, I work at the level most approaches never reach, the patterns and dynamics that keep capable people stuck in lives that look right and feel quietly wrong.
