Hi, I’m Norma, a systemic coach who speaks from the heart. Friends and clients say I’m kind, compassionate, calm yet vibrant, and always in flow. I blend my skills as a systemic coach with deep intuition to make my work a joyful part of daily life.

I radiate joy and now live a purpose I once only dreamt of. I sea swim regularly throughout the year in the Irish Sea. (only for the mad. Nature and the Sea resource me to feel more myself.

Born in the lovely countryside of Co. Limerick (S.W. of Ireland), I’m a daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, and former colleague. These roles have shaped the vibrant person I am today.

As the second child and only living girl, I always wanted to be different. I never craved a 'traditional' role and even dreamed of being a nun. Inspired by my adventurous godmother who helped people in the African missions. I saw her life was all about freedom and adventure, unlike the typical responsibilities I saw at home. My life of ‘Beyond the Norm’ began from a young age.

Diving into systems theory showed me how the many roles I’ve played impacted my life. One big lesson was "right sizing" myself—not playing too small or too big in familiar roles.

On my coaching journey, I’ve found my true size, feeling lighter and sharing my experiences freely. I talk about life’s challenges in my podcast and public talks. My losses, though tinged with grief, have transformed me. They now drive my creative change. I honour the systems I come from and the experiences that shaped me, using them as resources for resilience and inner strength.
